Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been released from jail in Romania and placed under house arrest for 30 days instead, according to court documents.

An official stated on Friday that after spending several months in a Romanian prison due to allegations of organized crime and human trafficking, Andrew has successfully appealed to replace his detention with house arrest.

Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for Romania's anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, stated that Tate's appeal challenging the judge's decision to extend his arrest for a fourth time for 30 days last week has been successful, as the Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled in his favor.

In late December, Tate, a 36-year-old individual with British and US citizenship and over 5.4 million followers on Twitter, along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, were apprehended in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

Allegedly, this group of four individuals, including the Tate brothers and two Romanian women, have been in custody for several months on charges related to human trafficking, rape, and organizing a criminal organization to exploit women for sexual purposes.

According to Ramona Bolla, all four individuals, who have not yet been formally indicted, have been granted an appeal and will continue to remain under house arrest until April 29th.

The agency explained that the crime group tricked people into falling in love with them, and then scared and watched them all the time to make them do sexual things in videos. The group made money from these videos.

After the release of Tate brothers, On leaving the facilty, Tristan Tate told reporters that "the judges today made the right decision".

"I respect what they've done for me and they will be vindicated in their decision, because I'm an innocent man and I can't wait to prove it," Tristan said.

After his release, Andrew Tate posted a tweet on Twitter with a smiling face emoji and a link to his website, informing his followers that they will receive an email about his release in 24 hours.

Andrew also shared a video of himself smoking and walking around a room, and in the caption, he claimed that he found "absolute clarity of mind" while he was in prison.
